Data Collection
We collect only what's necessary: email addresses for newsletter subscribers and contact information for service inquiries.
Data Use
Your data is used solely for the purpose you provided it: delivering newsletters or responding to inquiries.
Data Storage
We use AWS to store service requests and service providers for hosting, spam protection, and email delivery. We do not sell your request information.
AI Workflow Plan Requests
The workflow-plan form collects your email, task description, current tools, and optional preferences so we can prepare and follow up on your requested plan. We keep a receipt to prevent duplicate requests and protect the limited pilot capacity. An optional marketing preference is separate from your request and does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter.
Optional Advertising Measurement
If you select the separate advertising-measurement checkbox on the workflow-plan form, we send OpenAI an event recording that a new plan request was accepted. It includes a random receipt identifier, event time, the fixed workflow-plan page address, and the ad click reference when one is present. We do not include your email, task description, tools, IP address, or browser user agent in this conversion event. We mark the event to opt out of future user-level advertising personalization.
This choice is optional and is not required to receive a plan. Leaving it unchecked prevents this conversion event from being sent. Duplicate and QA requests are excluded. OpenAI uses permitted conversion information to measure advertising and support campaign optimization under its Privacy Policy. Aggregate website form counts and ad-attributed conversions may differ.
